Legal employer and business unit lovs appear empty in Redwood pages

Summary:

Hi,

We are comparing the two interfaces and while in responsive UI the list of values appear properly, in Redwood pages of Add pending worker, Hire an employee, and Promotion actions for now, no value appear and even the list is not loading.

As with super admin we could perform them with no issue we assume it's a matter of role(s)?

Any ideas?
