Error in Rate Subscription Usage Events that was entered via import

Summary:

we loaded usage events via import (ORA_OSS_SOURCE_IMPORT) and got error in - Rate subscription usage event.

error - OSS_EVNT_RTNG_CHG_PRD_RTPL

You must have at least 1 usage charge.

You must have at least 1 usage charge with the subscription product and rate plan.

However, when entering the event manually (ORA_OSS_SOURCE_API) - It process ok without any errors
