Production Execution "Couldn't submit quantity report"

Summary: We used to use the Dispatch list to report a couple of our departments. Weare now testing Production Execution in Redwood test environment and getting the error "Couldn't submit quantity report".

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have able to successfully test multiple one step operations, but whenever we try a two step operation, we are getting this error. In all of the previous screens, we have a green check so it seems like we should be ok to Submit cleanly.
