While creating an OTBI report using the subject area "Help Desk - HR Service Request Action Plan Actions Real Time", we are able to see the Action Plan Name. However, the Action Name attribute (i.e., individual action/task within the plan) is not available.

Could you please confirm whether this attribute is available in this subject area? If so, is there any additional configuration required to make the Action Name field visible?
