Hiding Product Field in Knowledge Authoring Pages Using VBS

We are currently working on a requirement to hide the Product field from the Knowledge Authoring pages. During an HRHD Knowledge session, we heard that this might be achievable using Visual Builder Studio (VBS). However, we have not been successful in implementing this so far.
Could you please share any documentation, resources, or steps that can help us achieve this requirement?
