HRHD Admin Unable to View Infolet Data Across Organizational Hierarchy

We have a requirement for the HR Help Desk (HRHD) Administrator to view complete infolet data for all teams and managers within their defined organizational hierarchy. However, the customer is currently facing an issue where, despite the hierarchy being correctly configured, the HRHD Administrator is unable to see any data in the infolets. Additionally, the organizational hierarchy is not reflected as expected in HR Help Desk.

For example, the administrator oversees two teams with their respective managers and subordinates, but the infolets do not display data for these subordinate teams upon login.

Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior, or if there may be a configuration or security issue impacting infolet visibility?
