Ability to add deeplinks/attachment on ESS incident reporting page

Hi,

We have the following questions on Health and Safety module.

  1. Can we add a deep link on the incident intake page from ESS (picture below)? The deeplink would be for a PDF form. If not a deeplink, can we display the PDF as an attachment here so that employees can click on it to download it?

2. When will the Redwood page for ESS Incident reporting be available? Tentatively, which release?
