Singular employee unpaid time doubles

One employee is doubling when they use unpaid time. When unpaid time is entered into the timecard it calculates as double what was entered and will subtract from regular time that is entered in.

Example: 64 hours of Regular Time, 16 hours of Unpaid Time - entered and approved.

Calculated as: 48 hours of Regular Time, 32 hours of Unpaid Time.

I have compared this with employees who are also in the same group, job code and cost center and there is no issue if unpaid time is entered into their timecards.

The employee also had an issue where when unpaid time was entered in their timecard, it would calculate their rate incorrectly for regular time but their rate for PTO, unpaid time, etc… would be correct. Has anyone had this issue or know where to resolve/problem shoot this issue?
