Not able to Setup ADF Personalization File for Redwood Personalizations

Summary:

I am using the above support document to try and export Redwood Personalizations and am stuck on Step 8 on the 'Setup ADF Personalization File" section. I have downloaded the .jar file from the Outgoing migration sets successfully. From there, the next step is to extract only the CS_ADF_MDS_*.jar file from the downloaded .jar file by unarchiving the .jar file and going to the ADF folder.

The only file downloaded to my computer can't be unarchived from the file explorer and I can't continue following the steps. I do not see an ADF Folder downloaded either and I am not able to open the .jar file. What am I missing?
