Microsoft teams Web conference integration problem in Oracle CX sales

Summary:

While creating an appointment of type Web Conference in CX Sales, the following error message is displayed:

"Creating Microsoft Teams web conferences from Sales is not supported. Use Microsoft Outlook or Teams to create this appointment."

Could anyone please provide a solution or guidance to resolve this issue?
