Is there standard functionality to to view/carry forward participant notes from previous Talent Reviews (similar to how previous ratings are visible)

When a facilitator creates a new Talent Review in Oracle that includes employees who were reviewed in a prior Talent Review (either in a previous year, or in the same year but in a different context ), the previous ratings transfer over to the new Talent Review and are visible to managers and facilitators. However, the notes from those previous Talent Reviews do not transfer and are not visible anywhere in the new meeting. This behavior occurs whether the facilitator creates a brand new Talent Review or duplicates an existing one.
