API item load /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemsV2 don't show up in RSSP

Summary: API item load /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemsV2 don't show up in RSSP. Is there a job that needs to run after item loads via API to get these to appear? We don't have this problem when we use FBDI load, so I'm wondering if something is missing after using API.
