Redwood Response Scores Page Showing “No data to display”

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue in Oracle Fusion Sourcing Redwood UI where the “Response Scores” page does not display any supplier responses for scoring.

Details:

  • Negotiation status: Open for Scoring
  • Scoring team member assigned
  • Supplier response submitted successfully
  • Scoring works correctly in Classic UI

Issue:
In Redwood, the “Response Scores” page shows:
“No data to display”

Even though:

  • Scoring Progress shows “0 of 1 scores submitted”
  • Supplier response exists and is visible in Classic

We already verified:

  • Redwood profile is enabled
  • Required roles are assigned
  • Cache cleared/logout-login tested

Has anyone encountered this issue in Redwood scoring?
Is there any ESS job, indexing process, or additional setup required?
