Questions Regarding Eloqua Fatigue Analysis Logic and Send-to-Open Ratio Dashboard Data

Hello Oracle Community,
We would like to ask for clarification regarding the Eloqua Fatigue Analysis dashboard behavior.
We found two points that appear inconsistent with the documented logic and actual campaign activity.
1. “Good job” Status Displayed Even Though Saturated + Undersaturated Exceeds 50%Based on Oracle documentation/community explanations, we understood the fatigue alert conditions as follows:
- Burnout Alert
→ More than 50% of total contacts are in Saturated or Oversaturated status. - More please!
→ More than 80% of total contacts are Inactive. - Good job
→ Undersaturated + Just Right ≥ 20%
AND Saturated + Undersaturated < 50%
However, in our actual Fatigue Distribution result, the following values were shown:
- Undersaturated: 18.7%
- Just Right: 7.6%
