New Tile for Purchase order is available after profile option enablement but PO is not opening

Summary:

We are currently in 26B and we are seeing the Purchase Order (New) tile even after enablement of the ORA_PO_PURCHASE_ORDERS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option set to yes , We have not added the privilege yet because as per the FAQ document it was mentioned we dont need it after 25C .

When we are trying to open existing PO its throwing

Either this purchase order doesn't exist, or permission is required to view it.
