PR attachments to be displayed in PR approval notification, not appear in PO approval notification

Summary:

Need PR attachments to be displayed in PR approval notification and not appear in PO approval notification

Notes:

1- need PO approval notification includes only PO attachments

2- copying attachments from PR header to PO header is disabled

3- PR attachment category type is TO Approver (as usual)

4- need PR attachments to displayed only in PR approval notification

5- Tried to create a new attachment category linked with only PRs entites, but not appear in PR creation attachment category list when creating a new PR
