Family and Emergency Contact Person Number
Hi Team,
We are experiencing an issue with the Person Number generation for Family and Emergency Contacts after the recent 26B update.
Previously, the Person Number followed the normal sequence used for employees and nonworkers. However, starting recently, newly created family contacts are being assigned values such as:
TEMP1234567...
Additional details:
- The contacts are being saved successfully.
- There are currently no approval flows configured in the environment.
- This behavior started after the latest update.
- Prior to the update, contacts were receiving the standard sequential Person Number.
Could you please confirm whether this is expected behavior in 26B Redwood pages, or if there is any process/configuration that should be reviewed?
