Create Work Relationship and unable to default Time card required fields based on Grade

Summary: We have a requirement to default the Time Card Required for Payroll and Time Card Required for Assignment fields based on the selected Grade when using the Create Work Relationship. (Note - this is working for Add Pending Worker, Edit Pending Work, Local and Global Transfer)

I have tried using conditions 'employmentAssignments.GradeID' and 'Grade (employmentWorkerAssignments) without success. For the other pages I've used employmentAssignments.GradeId or Grade (employmentWorkerAssignments) successfully.
