Unable to convert some pending worker records via the Redwood Convert Pending Worker page

Summary:

We are currently testing our newly implemented Redwood pages in lower pods and have come across an issue with the Convert Pending Worker page where it it doesn't allow conversion of few pending worker records and throws the following error:
"Couldn't submit the Convert Pending Worker process
The schedule assignment dates must be within the effective date range of the resource. (PER-1530482)"

We noticed the error occurs mainly with pending workers which have a Work Schedule Rule associated with them but this same transaction works fine in responsive ui.
