Hide duplicate icon and action in classic Purchase Order page

Hi Community,
Is there a way to hide this duplicate icon and the Action duplicate in the Manage Orders page and Purchase Order page?
Client would like to prevent the buyers to duplicate a purchase order.
I tried using sandbox but the component does not have edit option.
