“Save Comment” Requires Multiple Saves When Navigating Across Sections Before Transaction Submission

Summary:

With the 26A upgrade, we now have the Save Comments option available and have observed the following behavior. When a user enters comments, clicks Save, and directly submits the transaction, the comments are captured in the transaction. However, if the user navigates to other sections or screens within the same transaction after saving the comments, the comments are not retained unless the user clicks Save again before submission.
