Redwood Change Assignment transactions failing

Summary:

When doing a Change Assignment (Redwood page), if the transaction includes moving direct reports, the transaction fails. This is happening in our 26A and 26B environments. It looks like a recent issue because it was just discovered this week in our Production environment (still on 26A). We had a bounce in one environment last night and it did not resolve the issue. We think a recent maintenance patch has created the issue - anyone else experiencing the same?
