Traffic light indicators or variance indicators in reports

Greetings!

Is it possible to customise reports using conditional formatting with traffic light indicators 🔴🟡🟢or variance indicators ▲🔺▼ with colours and these colours to be visible after downloading them into excel and pdf as well. At present Im able to do that with help of conditional formatting but the issue is these indicators are visible only in html in excel no colours and in pdf symbol itself is not visible.
