In OM can we change data model report layout completely for standard Sales Order Report to view PDF

In OM, we veiw PDF as follows: ACTIONS—>CREATE DOCUMENT—>VIEW

Behind this there is a standard Sales Order Report Layout and DM with XML

/Supply Chain Management/Order Management/Sales Orders/SalesOrder.xdo

Our requirement is instead of this standard report, we have one another custom report developed which should be run when we click on view.
Is this possible?
