Manually assigned new manager not getting approval notif. even after running required ESS processes?

Dear All,

We have a requirement to automatically assign/transfer the approval notifications to the new line manager(who is manually added/assigned in Person Management) in case the current line manager is terminated/resigns, instead of transferring it to the current line manager's manager.

We tried running the below ESS Processes in the same sequence, However, even after running these processes, the approval notifications are still getting transferred to the terminated line manager's manager instead of the newly added line manager via person management.
