How to configure approvals on the basis of custom roles?

Hi,

I have created 2 custom roles - ABC Supplier Admin and ABC Procurement Manager.

Now, when supplier registration is triggered and supplier fills up and submit the details, approvals should trigger. Now I want first it should go to all users who have ABC Supplier Admin role and when one of them approves, it then should go to second level with all users who have ABC Procurement Manager roles. Post that it should get approved and created in system.

How can I configure this in the instance? Any help or suggestions?
