Fast Formula for Opportunity Marketplace Visibility Not Working as Expected

Hello everyone,

We have implemented a Fast Formula to control the visibility of specific Recruiting Types in Opportunity Marketplace based on the population of a field within one of the Skills and Qualifications sections.

The objective is to allow or restrict access to certain opportunity types depending on whether a specific attribute related to the employee is populated.

Below is the Fast Formula we created:
