Letter from Taleo - SPAM?
Content
Hi!
We have the following problem. When we send e-mails to our candidates, interviewers or managers the letters end up in a spam folder.
I've discussed this issue with our mail administrators and they told me that Taleo uses some sort of an external mail server for sending letters. So even when it looks like the letter was sent by victor.soroka@epam.com it is actually sent from another address, and that's why it ends up in spam.
Does anybody have the same problem? How can we solve it? Can we use our corporate mail servers somehow?
Victor Soroka
