Oracle University link is not opening

I am trying to open Oracle University - "https://mylearn.oracle.com/" - since last couple of hours but it is not opening. It asks for login creds and when I enter them, it enters into buffer mode.

And then it says gateway timeout 504 error.

Can someone help here please?
