can I add the privilege Create General Ledger and Subledger Accounting Account Analysis Report ??

Summary:

There is difference in lines of output from a custom report, Users with only the Reporting role are able to retrieve 10 records in the 117 report output. Users with both the Reporting role and the Inquiry role are able to retrieve 28 records in the output. One privilege from GL inquiry role is giving access to correct no. of lines in the output. Can I add the privilege Create General Ledger and Subledger Accounting Account Analysis Report to the GL reporting Inquiry role which is having only one privilege that is Manage reports and analytics
