Employees at one of our clients using Redwood Goals—with goal weights enabled and line‑manager approval required—are seeing only Discard and Edit Weights options when their goal weights do not total 100%. Because of this, employees are unable to submit their goals for manager approval. Is this the expected behavior? At the moment, they are stuck in the process, and neither employees nor managers can view the goal status unless an HR administrator intervenes. In the below example, the total weights would be 45%.
