Can't login to Oracle account / account terminated with no given reason

I used to have an "Always Free" VPS, Ubuntu VM.

Last night it stopped working, and this morning I wanted to login to check.

Unfortunately, I can't login to my account… I also reset the password with the link, but I still get the "unknown username / password"

I've contacted the support via chat, and they told me that my account was terminated, and they did not provide any reason.

If anyone wonders, the VM just had nginx installed.

I have a Raspberry in my home network creating some graphs, and it used to pushes the graphs via rsync to the Oracle VM.
