How to add a new lines closed sales order
Summary: Can you please confirm if we can add a new line in sales order which is in closed status ?
A sales order with multiple lines got closed post billing and headers will be in closed status as no open lines present.
Our customer is follow the below process.
- Create SO In fusion
- Once lines are allocated with qty and lines moved to WSM
- WMS perform the pick , pack and shipping
- Shipping details will be sent back to fusion through OIC
- Few cases, Lines are over shipped in WMS and details will be sent to fusion and those stuck in shipment interface as over shipment is not enabled in fusion.
