Unable to log in anymore

Summary:

I'm unable to log in my Free Tier account; the login page says invalid username or password. I had a A1.Flex instance running. I never used any mining software on the instance. It was never compromised. I'm able to "change" my password; I get a link sent to the recovery email, I can complete the process, but doesn't help. I've not received any messages telling me that I violated any rules or that my account was terminated.
