Can i stop evaluate late hire process from triggering for a specific time period?

We want to stop the Evaluate Late Hire process for a specific period so that it does not create retros for employees during payroll dry runs. Before the actual payroll is processed, we typically go through 2–3 dry runs, and during this time employees are being picked up by the Evaluate Late Hire process, resulting in retros that should not be generated.
