How to make Negotiation template field in REDWOOD Non-Mandatory

As per the below screen shot, i am trying to create negotiation from REDWOOD page and below is the screenshot. But as soon as this pop up appears on the screen, the "edit page in VB studio" is not visible to select and hence unable to do any customization. Do we know if we are able to achieve this requirement in any other way?
