PO approval pending notification, we need first reminder 6am and second reminder 4pm like clock wise

However, the business is requesting that reminders be scheduled based on fixed times (clock-based), such as sending the first reminder every day at 6:00 AM and the second reminder at 4:00 PM.

Is it possible to configure the system to support this requirement?
