Internal Hire Completed but Status Stuck on "HR – Pending Manual Processing"

Summary:

I completed an internal hire in Oracle Fusion, and the employee’s new assignment is already showing correctly in Person Management (everything looks active and fine). However, the job application status is still stuck at “HR – Pending Manual Processing”, and the Move option is disabled, so I can’t take any further action. It seems like the hiring is done, but the status is not getting updated. Can someone please help how to fix this.
