Adding Prescreening Questions to Standalone Template

We are utilizing Standalone Requisition templates on some of our high volume jobs. The rest of our requisitions are opened using jobs. When we add prescreening questions to the Standalone Requisition Templates, the prescreening questions are being applied to every single requisition.
