How to dynamically calculate adjustment columns in the IWD based on User-defined column?

Hi all,

We’re currently facing a challenge in Oracle Workforce Compensation related to displaying and calculating salary components within a compensation plan, and I wanted to check if others have encountered this before and what workarounds may exist.

Background

• Initially, we followed the standard approach demonstrated for fetching salary components using Salary Basis Incremental Components.
• However, we hit a known Oracle limitation where only up to 5 salary components can be retrieved using this method.

Alternative Approach Implemented

• As a workaround, we successfully displayed salary components using:
  • Individual Worker Display
  • Salary Basis with Simple Components
  • Configuration at the Compensation Plan Worksheet
