Is it possible to set a maximum increase amount via Change Salary task?
Summary:
Hello, although workforce compensation plans allow to set a compensation amount minimum and maximum, I was wondering if the Change Salary task has a similar feature. As for now, the only way to "limit" or "control" the salary change increase through the Change Salary task is if the salary basis was set to error when the new proposed salary is outside the current grade limits.
For example, would it be possible to set maximum limit of 5% salary increase? Or perhaps a fixed amount such as $1,000 maximum total increase? This being regardless whether you remain with the min and max of the current salary range the employee is in.
