Best Practice for displaying multiple Absence types in OTL Timecard Layout
Summry :
I have a question regarding the Best Practice for displaying absences in OTL.
- Is it considered best practice to have approved absences automatically appear on the employee's timecard?
- If yes, what is the best way to configure the Time Entry Layout Components?
I don't want to create a separate field/column for each absence type (Annual, Sick, Casual, etc.) as it would make the layout too crowded and messy.
Is there a way to have a single "Absence" component that dynamically shows the type of leave taken? Or should I use the "Absence Integration" feature to sync them automatically?
