26B Redwood - Clicking update profile link opens Skills and Qualifications page in the same tab.

On the Opportunity Marketplace page, when the Career Roles Redwood page is enabled, clicking Update Interest displays an Update Profile link under the Skills and Qualification section. When clicked, this link opens in the same tab. Can it be reconfigured to open in a new tab?
