After merging duplicate profiles, candidates are rejected from everything

Summary:

After merging duplicate applicant profiles together in recruiting, the job offer that the applicant had been extended and accepted is no longer available. They are Automatically rejected from all requisitions they had applied to regardless of the state or phase their application was in.
This is occurring after taking the 26B patch.
We are also not able to see their previous work relationship information when merging the ex-employee profile. This feature was meant to come with the patch and is not appearing to be available.

I do have an Oracle SR open but there has been no solution offered.
