We have the IR-TO scenario, but there is a requirement from client to do GTM screening for orders twice. So we decided to create SO from TO so that SO can go to GTM via integration at the time of scheduling and then again once it's pick confirmed. We couldn't edit orchestration process in such a way that 2nd GTM screening happens after pick confirm and then response comes back it should be shipped but since orchestration fulfillment line don't have a status of pick confirm, users are unable to know if their order has been pick confirmed or not.
