Home Mobile Phone is reflecting in the Organization Chart

Summary:

When we navigate to Organization Chart, employees can see the Home Mobile numbers of the other employee because they are set as a primary contact. But if we click the name and go to Contact Info, users can only see the work mobile number (non primary). How can we reflect only the work mobile in Organization chart even if they are non primary?
