"Ask Oracle" banner does not appear in guided journey - AI AGENT - Redwood

Summary:

Hi,
I have created a custom version of the existing Sales Order Assistant single agent and activated it successfully. Subsequently, I created a guided journey, added this custom agent to the workflow, and published the journey.

However, when I use the preview mode, I am unable to see the "Ask Oracle" banner that is expected to appear. I have verified that I have all necessary roles and access permissions, and have carefully followed all steps outlined in the referenced implementation document.
