I am trying to enable workflow preferences but i keep getting 403 forbidden error


I have access to role -

ORA_ZBS_SALES_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB

Profile

ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED is set to Yes.

Permission Group enabled for Sales Admin role.

Privilages added to custom role (permission groups are enabled too)

ORA_SVC_WORKFLOW_SIGNALS_ENABLED is marked to Yes too
