Issue Accessing Tax Withholding Page from Redwood Calculation Entries After 26B Update

Summary:

We are currently facing an issue after the 26B update related to the Redwood Calculation Entries page.

To enable the US OPTE team to access the Tax Jurisdiction Card functionality, we enabled the Redwood Calculation Entries profile option, as this functionality is currently available only through the Redwood Calculation Entries page (MCG > Payroll > Calculation Entries > Tax Withholding).

However, after enabling the profile option in 26B:

  • The responsive Calculation Card page is no longer accessible, as it gets replaced by the Redwood Calculation Entries page.
  • From the Redwood Calculation Entries page, we are unable to open/access the Tax Withholding page.
