REST APIs or SQL Queries to fetch the Fusion SAAS BI Report's list from "/Custom" Folder

We have a requirement to fetch all Data Models & Report from "/Custom" folder in Fusion SAAS.

Looking for any guidance or support to advise -

  1. if this is feasible through any Rest API/SOAP Service call
  2. If this is feasible through SQL query. I got some table references like - "xdo_lobs" and "xdo_templates_b", however it looks that these tables are exposed only for On-Peemise customer and not for SAAS Customers.
